The Howlin Dough

The Howlin Dough is a Detroit-style pizza company from the brothers behind The Howlin Bird. Nael and Samm Taki built The Howlin Bird into a local name for crispy chicken, with restaurants in North Canton and Massillon and two food trucks catering weddings, graduations, and events across Northeast Ohio. The Howlin Dough is the next chapter. Our pies are thick, square, and pan-baked, with cheese spread right to the edge until it caramelizes into a crunchy, lacy crust, and sauce striped on top so every corner piece is a good one. The pizza got its start at our Massillon shop on Lincoln Way, and now it has a home of its own at Washington Square in North Canton, with 16 specialty pies, jumbo wings, crispy chicken, hand-cut JoJos, and house-made ranch.
